Adding Timesheets
In this tutorial you will learn how to add timesheets for one or many users on Teamleaf.
Step-by-Step Guide
Rotas & Timesheets
Step 1
Go to 'Timesheets'
To start, on the left sidebar, click the 'Timesheets', then click the 'Timesheets' option in the dropdown menu.
Step 2
Click 'Add Timesheet'
You will then be taken to the Timesheets page. To add a timesheet, click 'Add Timesheet' in the top right of the page.
Step 3
Select User(s)
Next, in the menu that opens, start adding timesheets by selecting one or more users.

Add Expected Start & End Date
Next, select the Expected Start & End date for these timesheets
Step 5
Select Start & End Times
Next, select the Expected Start & End Times for these timesheets
Step 6
(Optional) Add Actual Start & End Dates/Times
Next, if you wish, you can add the Actual Start and End times for this timesheet. If you don't want to add the real clock-in and outs, you can just leave this blank.
Step 7
(Optional) Add Notes
Next, if you wish, you can add additional information to this timesheet using the notes section
Step 8
Click Save
Once you're happy with your timesheet information, click the 'Save' button in the bottom right

See Timesheet(s)
Once you've clicked Save, the timesheets will now be added and shown in the timesheets table. To view a timesheet, simply click the one you'd like to view details of. You can then Edit or Delete this timesheet by clicking in the top right.
